Who we are

This website and our services are provided by MarkTech Fusion Inc., a Virginia corporation with its registered address at 15517 John Diskin Circle, Woodbridge, Virginia, United States, and MarkTech Fusion Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15483104) at 108–110 Sheen Road, Richmond, TW9 1UR, United Kingdom ("MarkTech Fusion", "we", "us"). We work with brands and sellers on online marketplaces, and we build AI agents and automation for businesses. Each company is responsible for the personal information it collects. For any question about this policy, contact [email protected].

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our "Book a Strategy Call" form, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or a booking page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, business type, your role, and roughly how many calls or inquiries your business gets. We also collect anything you tell us in a message or on a call.

Information from our ads. If you respond to one of our ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) passes your form answers to us. We also see which ad you responded to.

Business relationships. If you are a brand, supplier, seller or client, we collect business contact details and the information needed to work with you.

Website information. We may collect your device and browser type, pages viewed, your approximate location, and the website you came from, using cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

Why we may use it (UK and EU visitors)

Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business, on your consent where you give it (for example to be contacted by phone or text), and on the need to take steps before entering a contract with you.

Calls, texts and email

If you give your consent, we may call, text or email you about your inquiry, including by automated technology. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to stop.

Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run the business, and only as needed. These include Meta, which runs the lead forms and ads; Google, for spreadsheets and calendar booking; website hosting and security providers; email, messaging and automation tools we use to alert our team and follow up with you; and service providers that help us build and run our AI and automation services. We may also share information if the law requires it, or in a sale or restructuring of the business. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number for other companies' marketing. Meta's own use of information it collects is described in Meta's privacy policy.

Cookies and advertising

We may use cookies and similar tools to run the website and measure our advertising, including the Meta Pixel. You can block cookies in your browser settings. Some US state laws treat advertising cookies as "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising. To opt out, email [email protected] or use a browser setting or Global Privacy Control signal that we will honor.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and inquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or longer if the law requires. We delete or anonymize them sooner if you ask, unless we must keep them for legal reasons.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access, correct or delete it, to take a copy of it, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email [email protected] from the address we hold for you. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time the law requires. If you are in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you may also complain to your data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

How to request deletion of your data

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" from the address we hold for you. We will confirm your request and delete your information within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.

International transfers

We operate in the United States and the United Kingdom, and our providers may process information in other countries. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
